What is Ineo’s Q&A Subscription service?

This service provides the mobility professional rapid access to subject matter expertise for the multitude of tax, policy and process questions/issues that arise on a day-to-day basis within the mobility process.

What type of company would benefit from this program?

We designed the program for Relocation Management Companies (RMC’s), major corporations, and most government agencies that require clear, compliant answers, and insight to relocation tax and related payroll questions.

If my company is already an Ineo customer, do we still need to subscribe to this service in order to ask questions?

Yes, if your questions require specific relocation tax research and consulting. It is a separate service offering from Ineo’s software, expense management solutions, tax preparation and audit services.

How long is the subscription good for?

Your start date is the same as your invoice date, and the end date is 365 days later. Of course, if you choose the one hour option, it’s at the end of one hour’s work.

During what hours is the service available?

24x7x365! And mind you, it’s by a real person, not a bot.

How do I submit a question?

You may submit by phone or email. Once enrolled you’ll receive contact information.

How long will it take to receive an answer to my question?

Turnaround time is dependent on the complexity of the question. While some answers may require a full day of research, the vast majority of our clients receive their answer within an hour.

If my company starts with an hourly subscription can we convert to an annual subscription?

Yes, if done so before using up the first full hour of service.

What if we anticipate needing significantly more than 4-hours of questions during the year?

We’re happy to create a subscription model that meets your needs.

Can a company limit who has access to the subscription?

Yes. Simply supply a list of approved individuals when the subscription begins.

Are private tax opinion letters covered under this program?

No. Due to their complexity, private tax opinion letters are billed at an hourly rate.
