Ineo welcomes Dagmar Tencer, CRP, SGMS as Senior Director, Global Process Excellence & Innovation
Dagmar’s professional career extends over 30 years, 20 countries and 4 continents. She brings with her an impressive resume and experiences in academia, engineering, international marketing, and communications with significant expertise in global mobility. Prior to joining Ineo, Dagmar held senior roles in Global Process Management and Client Services/Support at a major relocation management company. Her expertise includes global business strategy, business analysis, systems administration, client implementation and integration, product development, process re-engineering, as well as training and documentation.
At Ineo, Dagmar leverages this expertise to ensure our client services and technical support teams consistently deliver excellence. She works closely with Ineo’s software development and client services teams to implement innovative processes improvements that support global growth and the customer experience.
Dagmar holds master’s degrees in both Industrial Engineering and in Communications. Dagmar likes music, books, cats. In joining Ineo, she’s excited about relocating from Jacksonville, FL to Denver, CO and exploring Colorado’s enticing lifestyle and beautiful nature.

Based in London, Andy will be responsible for nurturing and developing new and existing client relationships in the European market as well as around the globe. With extensive experience in the global mobility industry focused on the growth of mobility technology and events, Andy brings integral knowledge and support for Ineo’s existing clients while also nurturing and developing new prospects and opportunities. Prior to joining Ineo, Andy worked for many years with the Forum for Expatriate Management, developing and growing connections in mobility across the globe. More recently, he has worked with several well-respected mobility companies blending technology with client facing roles. This experience paired with his natural people skills allows Andy to engage with and delight all client types and levels.
Andy received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History and Politics from Coventry University.

David brings deep technology, product development and management, and leadership experience. He has a rich history of bringing breakthrough software products to market in diverse industries such as banking, healthcare, communications, web-scale consumer applications, and mobile technology.
David has worked in a leadership capacity for high growth technology companies including Humanify, Teletech, and Sybase – an SAP company – where he led the development and delivery of the IBM MQ Integrator product suite, served on the Microsoft BizTalk Steering Committee, and the Sybase Strategic Vision Committee.
David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado.
Jonathan Frick joins Ineo as Manager, Global Mobility
INEO, LLC the leading provider of global mobility assignment software, tax, and financial solutions today announced that software industry executive Jonathan Frick has joined the company as Manager, Global Mobility. Jonathan will be responsible for providing global compensation subject matter expertise for Ineo’s global mobility software, and implementation of global compensation financial solutions for Ineo clients.

Jonathan first entered the mobility industry in 2011 with Aires in the expense management department, moving to payroll specialist, and ultimately ending up in the compensation department as Team Lead. Jonathan is passionate and often animated when it comes to talking about the logistics and details behind managing the compensation aspects of expatriate assignments and particularly enjoys the tax equalization and hypothetical tax process. He strives to simplify and demystify the often confusing and complex aspects of global compensation by partnering with clients to produce the best processes and tools to manage their programs efficiently, effectively, and compliantly.
Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business, with concentrations in Spanish and Finance, from Grove City College.
Kevin Clark, CRP, CPA joins Ineo as Director, Financial Solutions
INEO, LLC the leading provider of global mobility assignment software, tax services, and financial solutions today announced that Kevin Clark, CPA, CRP has joined the company as Director, Financial Solutions. Kevin will manage client delivery of Ineo Global Mobility Financial Solutions services, including budgeting, lump sum calculations, custom reporting, exception and cost savings tracking, vendor management, payroll and internal audit, and tax gross-up processing and reporting. He has an extensive knowledge and expertise with regards to audit and compliance.

Kevin has worked in several financial positions previously with Primacy, Cartus, and Graebel in various positions including relocation accountant, payroll reporting analyst, customer finance senior, and manager of client financial services. During this time, he has gained invaluable experience that allows him to be a subject matter expert for his clients in all financial aspects of global mobility. He takes great pride in ensuring any client he works with receives the best customer service possible, attending to their needs swiftly with professional guidance.
Kevin graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).

Jennifer Fuller joins Ineo as an Expense Analyst for the ExpensePro Team
Jennifer has over 17 years of accounting and administrative experience in the construction, relocation and retail industries. Her exceptional customer service standards were developed while working for Nordstrom in Palo Alto, CA. Prior to joining the ExpensePro team, she held positions as a Relocation Expense Management Analyst with Brookfield and NuCompass, as well as a Consulting position with Altair.
Through Jennifer’s various positions she has learned about customer service, team work, versatility and the rewords of hard work and dedication. We are pleased to welcome Jennifer to the ExpensePro team.
A San Francisco Bay Area native, Jennifer has recently relocated from the Bay Area to the Greater Denver Metro Area with her husband, two teenagers, and the family dog, Muffin. During the weekends, you will often find Jennifer cheering for her son, Justin’s football team and her daughter, Madison’s basketball team, at Cherokee Trail High School. Jennifer holds an Associate’s degree in Business from Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, CA.
